Targeted circumstances led to Johnny’s birth, as Chelsea became pregnant with Billy’s (as then played by Billy Miller) son in 2011 when they were in Myanmar (Burma). Chelsea, as part of a con, initially claimed that Billy forced himself on her, but later recanted her story.

Chelsea eventually allowed Johnny to live with Billy and Victoria, with Heinle’s character adopting the baby. Little dialogue has been offered about Chelsea’s connection with Johnny through the years, which, at times, wasn’t believable. So, the developing storyline is noteworthy, as it reopens an unmined plot path that’s been awaiting use for nearly a decade.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Chelsea Lawson Plays The Mom Card

Victoria has no concerns about any legitimate attorney’s efforts that would strip her of maternal rights. While a past circumstance could always be cited, it would seem easier to invent a false scenario that implicates Victoria and possibly Billy as well. That mark, or those smears, would then be used as a basis to claim visitation or even custody rights.

The combination of Chelsea and Adam’s cunning, along with their current desperation and need to respond to Billy and Victoria’s tactics makes this developing plotline very intriguing. While they’re not a current couple, Villy remains united through parental lines.

Billy and Victoria aren’t about to let Chelsea and Adam disrupt Johnny’s life if they can prevent it. But Chelsea has come to believe that she has a right to see her son, who isn’t tied by blood to Victoria.
