It’s not that unusual for actors to date co-stars. While some have no problem with this, there are others who don’t approve of it because of break-up animosity. However, neither Grossman nor Case seems to be worried about this. There was speculation the two were together in real life and social media posts soon seemed to confirm this. Grossman and Case even attended the Daytime Emmys together.

The Young and the Restless star posted a behind-the-scenes video of her slow dancing with her co-star. It was not a scene, according to Soaps.com. Plus, the two have appeared in dozens of photos together. In fact, they hugged each other intimately during Kate Linder’s charity tea. They also posed for a picture together while they were in Canada. The last time they were spotted together was at Case’s birthday party in February 2020. Then, everything came to a screeching halt due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

With Y&R trying to get back to filming later this month, there will be strict rules for everyone to follow. It makes filming romantic scenes difficult, even giving a loved one a kiss. The Bold and the Beautiful is using real-life partners as romantic “stand-ins.”

This could happen on Y&R too, but what if two cast members are already together? Wouldn’t it be that much easier to just bring their characters together? That is what some fans are hoping for, but we’ll have to wait and see what happens.
