The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Tucker Reconnects With Ashley-He Has To Prove Himself?

The Young And The Restless - Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John)The Young and The Restless spoilers and rumors tease that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will reconnect with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson). But she’ll put down some strict rules before she’ll have anything to do with him whatsoever, and he’s going to have to prove himself.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – A Bad Boy

Anyone who remembered Tucker from his previous stay in Genoa City recalls him as a bad boy, one of the sneakiest and most conniving Chancellors who ever lived. Still, he did have his good point when it came to his family; once he found out Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) was his son, he took care of cochlear implants. Devon was deaf when he was a young teenager and being a music producer and deaf doesn’t work too well together.

Tucker and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) are actually rather alike that way – they may be corporate raiders and cutthroat businessmen, but family is everything to them. One could tell Tucker fell in love with his biological grandson Dominic Chancellor (River and Rainn Ware) by the look on his face when Devon showed him photos on his phone.

Abby Newman-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) hates him and wanted to keep him from contacting her mother, but Ashley has always had a mind of her own. Tucker says all he wants to do is apologize and make amends to her, and that he is a different man than he was in the past. He knows he’s made mistakes and he owns it, and he hopes to prove to everyone that he’s not the scoundrel they knew in the past. Ashley says in no uncertain terms that he will have to prove himself to not only others but to her because trust broken is hard to be healed.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Promises, Promises

Ashley makes it clear that promises won’t prove anything if there’s nothing behind them, and Tucker agrees with her. Empty promises may once have been a stock and trade of his, but no more, he promises and then laughs at his own ironic statement. Ashley is not amused, but she doesn’t laugh at a lot of things and Tucker hopes eventually to change that.

He wants her to be happy and he hopes he can have a part in doing so, but if he’s not allowed to, that’s fine too-no pressure. Ashley says she will keep an eye on him and make sure he’s all he claims to be, he thanks her and says that’s all he can ask for.
