Young and the Restless Day Ahead Spoilers Tuesday, November 20: Rey’s Suspicions Grow – Devon’s Shocking Behavior – Victoria Gets confident

Young and the Restless (Y&R) begins with Mariah (Camryn Grimes) revealing to Sharon (Sharon Case) that she chickened out and is going to see Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) now. Sharon advises her to not talk so loud as Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) lives upstairs and Mia (Noemi Gonzalez) has a nasty habit of showing up out of nowhere.

Mariah Schemes With Sharon On Y&R

Mariah feels guilty for not listening to her mom, but Sharon says she simply listened to her heart and shouldn’t give up on love completely. Mariah leaves, with Sharon’s luck. Victoria (Amelia Heinle) calls Sharon who explains she is going to handle things; Sharon says her daughter will not let them down, something Rey overhears.

Charlie (Noah Alexander Gerry) packs his and baby Sam’s stuff as Cane (Daniel Goddard) gets the food ready for their trip to see Neil (Kristoff St. John) who has moved close to the prison Lily (Christel Khalil) is in. Charlie and Mattie (Lexie Stevenson) talk about how much they hate spending Thanksgiving at the prison; he confronts her about crying in her room the previous night.

Sharon tells Rey he has become her best customer, questioning him about avoiding her because of Mia. She learns they are not sharing the same bed as they sit down. Rey admits it wasn’t right for Mia to reveal everything at the party but he gets why she did it, explaining she has had to fight her whole life; and her stunts usually come from a place of fear. Sharon says she has no right to judge, considering what she did at her wedding to Nick (Joshua Morrow); they agree to keep their distance and will see each other at work.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Mariah Plays Tessa

Mariah arrives at Tessa’s, saying she needed time to wrap her head around everything. She knows Tessa was right and everyone has been lying to her, but she doesn’t know how it happened nor who killed JT (Thad Luckinbill). She lies, saying she didn’t tell them Tessa was the one blackmailing them; she hugs Mariah saying she doesn’t deserve her. Mariah supposedly got an email at GC Buzz with the video of what they have done, Tessa can’t believe Mariah would protect her. Mariah is very convincing, but still wishes Tessa would have come to her when she first found the footage. Mariah wants more than Tessa’s word that they will keep Sharon’s secret.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Rey Reveals Police Leak

Young and the Restless spoilers indicate Rey is on the phone, but doesn’t have anything directly linking Victoria to JT’s murder. Sharon hears the call, but gives Rey bagels at least to give him nourishment. Rey reveals Michael (Chirstian LeBlanc filed a harassment claim against him for Victoria; he explains that Victoria knew he didn’t find JT’s body and he wanted to know how. Sharon acts shocked when Rey reveal they knew JT’s body was buried there at one point and now it is gone because of the samples found in the soil. He reminds her it is an open investigation and this is confidential, but when she tries to leave to victim services, Rey asks her to stay.

Cane and the kids continue to wait for Devon (Bryton James), who hasn’t answered any calls nor texts; Cane is convinced that he is just tying up any loose ends trying to get HWG ready for the holidays.

Tessa pleads with Mariah, saying that blackmail and extortion are not her; suggesting she would get rid of the money. Tessa thinks she could give the money to shelters of abused women and Mariah wants all the money to be gone before she moves back in; Tessa is willing to do anything for her to come back. Mariah calls her weak and when tempted she makes back choices, Mariah thinks if the temptation/ footage was destroyed she can’t do anything else. Tessa gives her the flashdrive immediately.

More Mia And Rey History Revealed

Rey sits with Sharon, knowing what people are saying about him and Arturo (Jason Canela); but the issues in his and Mia’s marriage was long before she was unfaithful. He reveals Mia was with Arturo first but when she pushed him for marriage, he said he wasn’t about that life and a few years later, Rey married her, even though he knew she wasn’t over his brother. She began flirting with Arturo after a couple years, and he would get mad, shut down and drink, but instead of making it better he spent more time at work and that is why Mia did what she did. Rey feels he broke his vows by bailing on her with work and thinks he should fix things with her. Sharon says he loves her and doesn’t want to lose her and that is all he should have said to Sharon.

Devon finally calls Cane, who says he is unable to make the trip as they are having technical issues and can’t leave in the middle of recording stuff at the studio. Devon says he will call Nate (Brooks Darnell) to see what he is doing for the holidays and if not, he has friends he can hang out with. Nate catches Devon walking into his apartment, who he also lies to, saying he is running on fumes. Nate says they can meet for Thanksgiving and Devon said he will let him know.

Sharon comes home, where Mariah hands her the flashdrive, saying she got her to agree to give all the money away but she didn’t get to ask her about JT’s body; Sharon says they will find another way. Sharon tells her despite everything Tessa has done, there has to be good in her if Mariah loved her. Sharon reminds her that she will always have a place to live and she is strong and will figure things out. Mariah tells her to go talk to her posse and to figure out what to do with the footage. Meanwhile, Tessa, rips a teddy bear apart and begins to fill it with the money.

Mariah Scores Tessa’s Video Footage

Rey looks at photos of Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), Victoria and Sharon, shaking his head as he looks at JT’s watch; feeling he is missing something. Sharon and Victoria sit and watch the footage, shocked at how clear the video is; including the timestamp. Victoria snaps the laptop shut, not being able to watch it as Sharon worries about how Rey would feel if he saw it all. Sharon thinks he is a friend but Victoria thinks he might be playing her. Sharon tells Victoria she is pretty sure that Rey has hit a dead end with the case, but they are lucky because he came so close to cracking it wide open.

Nate returns from his run to hearing a loud party happening at Devon’s place. Nate reveals that Neil wanted him to check in for bailing on his family for Thanksgiving to party with his co-workers. He confronts him Devon, saying what Devon does is not his business until it effects the whole family. Devon is angry as he has been supporting everyone, even paying for the house Neil is staying in to be close to his sister and he has seen Lily a dozen times. He helps Cane with the kids whenever he can and doesn’t appreciate the attitude, calling him selfish and refuses to listen to Nate; slamming the door on him.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Devon Parties Hard

Nate says the music is too loud and blasting out the whole building. Devon tells him to call the owner; but Nate tells him not to be a jerk. Devon says he is just trying to live his life like everyone has been telling him to do. Nate warns him to shut it down or he is calling the cops. Devon tells him he will wrap it up soon, only to invite more people in and slams the door in his face again.

Tessa finishes sewing up the bear and packs it up in a box, but doesn’t get time to tape it up. Mariah returns asking about the money. Tessa promises to have the money taken care of by tomorrow, and will make up whatever she can to her and will never tell anyone on the thumb drive. Mariah appreciates that she has done this for her and has agreed to come home to Tessa first thing in the morning; hoping she won’t regret this. Once Mariah leaves, Tessa tapes up the box.

Y&R Spoilers – Victoria Gets Cocky

Rey holds the folder in his hand, picks up his phone, looking at Sharon’s number, texting her as she is at Victoria’s holding the drive. He thanks her for being a good friend. Victoria returns with a hammer and smashes the thumbdrive. Victoria feels empowered, but Sharon reminds her they don’t know if Tessa moved the body and don’t know for sure if this is the only copy Tessa has. Victoria isn’t counting on Tessa being truthful with Mariah either!!
