While fans are wildly speculating that it could be Carson (Walter Belenky) the EMT that was paid handsomely to help Jeremy and Phyllis with their plan to frame Diane for Red’s death, there’s also a good chance it’s Phyllis.

It’s very like Carson will pop back up into storylines at some point, but will it be in the days ahead? It seems unlikely, as Phyllis needs to return to the land of the living before a major threat like the EMT re-emerges.
