Spoilers hint that Declan will come back from a recent undercover assignment. He’ll reach out to Captain Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and the rest of the Special Victims Unit for help on a high-priority case that involves a series of hate crimes in New York City. Aside from Logue, Ari’el Stachel will also reprise his role as Sgt. Hasim Khaldun in the same episode.

Logue joined the cast from season 15 to 17. His character, Declan Murphy filled in for Benson at SVU back when they were dealing with William Lewis (Pablo Schreiber). He’s also the father of Amanda Rollins’ (Kelli Giddish) daughter, Jesse.

Law & Order Spoilers – Hasim Khaldun Returns

As for Khaldun, he was a transit cop who worked with Benson and her team in season 21 and season 22. He was Rollin’s romantic partner back when he was doing an undercover job. Logue and Khaldun’s episode is set to air in January 2022.

But before all that, fans will be thrilled to know that SVU and its spinoff Law & Order: Organized Crime will have another crossover on December 9.
