General Hospital Spoilers: Ava Hears Nikolas’ News And Vows Revenge

General Hospital spoilers reveals Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) has spent months living at Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) place with no end in sight. Unable to decide whether or not she could forgo her own ego and take Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) back despite his indiscretion with Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl), Ava has stayed in the slow lane letting life pass her by.

That is, until she had a frank conversation with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) that made her think maybe she should just grab life by the horns before she misses out — something Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaugnessy) might have hinted to when he said it didn’t seem like Nikolas was having a hard time moving on from the marriage. Worried she could lose him, Ava is starting to think maybe it’s time she throws Nikolas a rope of hope — but will he hang himself with it?

Might Ava be slinking around Wyndemere because she’s worried there was truth to Victor’s words? Is Nikolas really trying to move on without her? Ava feels strongly that he should be pining for her in the castle as she struggles to make up her mind about whether or not he’s worthy of another chance. He has destroyed their marriage and while Ava is willing to do the work required to learn to trust him again, shes’ not sure she’s willing to table her ego and go back to a man who betrayed her in such a disgusting way.

Ava isn’t going to be feeling warm and fuzzy about her estranged husband for long. It’s most likely going to be Victor who tells Ava the truth, although he might go about it in a way that doesn’t blow back on him too harshly. It would benefit him the most for her to know. If he can’t get Nik to divorce Ava, he will just push for Ava to divorce Nik. Of course, he’s got to make her feel like it’s her choice to do so though. That being said, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) has a vested interest in this, too. He swore to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Hebrst) he wouldn’t tell anyone about the pregnancy, because her sons don’t know yet. However, he might feel inclined to let Ava in on the truth, and will pay for it later when she can’t keep her mouth shut.

When Ava vows to seek revenge on someone, she means it. She’s not one for letting go of grudges, and she won’t rest until she feels validated and avenged for having been wronged. Hearing that Nikolas is going to have a baby with Elizabeth will cut her so deep she may resort to pretty desperate measures to pay him back. However, that doesn’t mean Ava would seek to physically harm either of them.

That being said, she may make her way to Spring Ridge to see Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) — as she so often does when she’s wanting to lash out at someone — and letting it slip to him that Nikolas has decided to have a child with someone else just might give Ryan and Heather Webber (Alley Mills) all the reason they need to seek vengeance for Ava. Will she once again lead Ryan on a ravaging path in her honor that ends with him claiming the life of someone she loved? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to find out.
