Whoopi Goldberg Dumps On Prince Harry And Meghan Markle – Says Car Chase Hurting Credibility

Yikes. It’s definitely not a good sign when some of your biggest fans start to turn on you. There’s a new report that says Whoopi Goldeberg gave Prince Harry and Meghan Markle a major side eye for their ‘near catastrophic’ car chase story.

She says that their claims are now hurting their credibility, as a lot of people are doubting that they were actually chased through New York City traffic for two hours, and especially since there is no evidence to back it up.

During the latest episode of The View, Whoopi Goldberg hit out on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, by saying that the word “chase” means that everything happened at high speed.

She put it this way, “When you use that kind of verbiage know that your credibility will get cut in half because New Yorkers will say ‘Nobody moves that fast.”

Whoopi continued, “I think people know if it was possible to have car chases in New York we’d all make it to the theater on time. In addition to ‘chase,’ what they mean by ‘catastrophic’ was not to them, it was [potentially catastrophic] to the paparazzi. So, I think when you word it that way, it does feed trolls.”

What’s Next For Prince Harry And Meghan Markle?

Of course, many critics sure did have a lot to say on the matter on social media, too. Some comments have included, “We know the chase never happened. The quickest way to hurt their credibility would be to just not even react to this stuff. We’re talking about them over and over and it’s what they want,” along with, “The Sussexes are liars & dangerous narcissists who are losing credibility each time they try something. They can’t be more obvious using Diana card. When will they take accountability for their lies, mistakes & fail PR stunts? Shame on them. They are a joke.”
