Shannen Doherty And Alyssa Milano Strange Energy On Charmed Set, Felt By All!

We’ve been hearing about the Shannen Doherty and Alyssa Milano set quarrels from the aforementioned two and other major stars of the popular TV show, but what of from a younger and less involved perspective.

Well, let’s just say that “CSI” star Elisabeth Hernois, who guest-starred on the season 3 episode “Magic Hour,” felt the tension alongside the show regulars. This is one epic set fight, ain’t it?

“CSI” Star Elisabeth Hernois Recalls Sensing “Strange” Energy On Set of “Charmed”

Hernois appeared briefly on “Charmed” when she was 20 years old, but even then, she was able to distinguish the “strange” energy given up on the set as a result of a feud that plagued the show from its earliest days.

Hernois touched on this during her appearance on Monday’s episode of “Pod Meets World.” Even though we only got to catch a brief glimpse of her on an episode on season 3, her time in the show was apparently long enough for her to notice some awkwardness onset.

She called the set dynamic “interesting,” going on to add that she “hadn’t really ever witnessed anything like that on a set — where people really aren’t hiding not liking each other.”

“Definitely as a young person, I sensed the tension on the set,” Hernois, 44, revealed. However, she didn’t have an overall bad experience on set, as she went on to describe Milano as a “sweetheart.”

“She really took me under her wing, and a lot of my stuff was with her too, so that was helpful,” she recalled.

While she said that the other two main characters – Shannen Doherty and Holly Marie Combs – were also nice, their niceness was by no means on the same level as Milano’s.

“And they were always off in their own space and [Alyssa] would sit all the way on the other side of the set by herself,” she continued. “There was a major divide on that set, even back then, and I don’t think that was that long into the show.”

Hernois’ observation is coming after Doherty, 52, claimed that she felt constant “competitiveness” and a “lack of female support” with Milano, 51.

Doherty further accused Milano of “threatening” the producer into firing her. A claim which Milano countered by saying she didn’t have the power to get anyone fired.
