We already know that this isn’t a one-time appearance. Nicky will continue to interact in scenes with Daniel. However, her profession suggests she might have crossed paths with another character.

It is interesting that Nicky is an escort because another man on the soap has a history of using those types of services. Of course, we are talking about Geoff, the monstrous abuser who pushed Yasmeen to her breaking point. He often used call girls, stole a red dress from one of them, and contracted chlamydia. He then passed on the sexually transmitted illness (STI) to his wife.

Coronation Street spoilers reveal that Alya Nazir (Sair Khan) told someone about Geoff using escorts. Sally Metcalfe (Sally Dyvenor) told her husband the information, which led to Tim Metcalfe (Jim Duttine) informing his monstrous father of the discovery.

To try and do damage control and retain credibility, Geoff confessed his secret to the police. He did this so when it was revealed in court, it was a “shameful truth bomb” rather than an exposed secret. However, Yasmeen’s trial and Daniel’s new love story could intertwine, according to Express.

Yasmeen Metcalfe’s Freedom

Since Geoff already told the police about him using escort services, that won’t save Yasmeen from prison. However, sex workers don’t just get paid for passion, they also tend to be good listeners. We know that Geoff loves to talk and likely shared startling information with escorts.

Perhaps Nicky was one of the girls that he used. It might have even been her red dress that Yasmeen was forced to wear. If Geoff didn’t tell Nicky any shocking secrets, the Corrie newcomer might testify about how he treated her.
