B&B spoilers reveal that Bill has been playing Sheila all along, which is a relief to fans. After Sheila tried to go on the run with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan), she faced Bill, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) and an unidentified officer.

Sheila did manage to break free and ended up in the alley behind Il Giardino’s restaurant. This is the same location as where Sheila shot Finn and Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).

As Sheila had a flashback of shooting Finn, she clutched her stomach. That is when Sheila faced Bill and she suddenly collapsed. It’s not very clear if Sheila stabbed herself or if Bill did it. At least, it wasn’t clear by the end of the episode on Thursday, March 30, 2023.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for the week of April 3 reveal that this isn’t the end of Sheila’s storyline. Sheila will likely be transported to the hospital. Fans recall that Finn just reassured Steffy that he would protect their family from Sheila. As Steffy worried about Sheila making an unexpected visit, Finn held her.

So, it sounds like Finn will get an unexpected visit, just as Steffy predicted. However, Sheila won’t be walking into Finn’s office at the hospital. Instead, she will be wheeled in on a stretcher.

Finn swore to an oath when he got his medical license. That oath was to first, do no harm. However, Finn is in a difficult position, especially after everything Sheila has done to Steffy and their loved ones. Fans and those that know Finn wouldn’t’ blame him for refusing to revive Sheila. Finn might even use his medical knowledge to kill Sheila on the operating table.

However, that could lead to Finn having a moral crisis. Finn is a good and decent man with a high moral compass. So, he could be haunted by Sheila in his dreams. Maybe Finn will have guilt or perhaps he will lose his medical license. This could lead to Finn having a breakdown and jeopardizing his marriage. So, there are a lot of story arc possibilities.
