Brad Pitt ‘Desperate’ To Reconcile With Kids, Asks Shiloh Jolie-Pitt To Help

Brad Pitt Seeks Shiloh Jolie-Pitt’s Help

And one source claimed that Pitt has begged his daughter Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, “Save our family.” But can a 17-year-old mend all those rifts? And does it seem fair to ask her?

Because many of the six kids in the Pitt and Jolie family have become estranged from their father, Brad keeps “hoping his daughter can bring the family back together,” revealed one source about Shiloh. But Pitt reportedly struggles in his relationships with some of his older kids in particular.

Zahara Drops ‘Pitt’ From Her Surname

And for a particularly revealing example of the situation, consider the recent actions of Brad’s oldest daughter Zahara. The 18-year-old has stopped using the name “Pitt” as part of her surname. But the evidence of unraveled relationships between a father and his kids don’t stop there.

For instance, a harsh Father’s Day message from Brad’s adopted son Pax resurfaced. And it made some shocking accusations about Pitt. But the actor also has reportedly experienced a rift with Maddox, 22, as well as Pax, 19, and Zahara, 18.

As a result, the insider shared that the actor, 59, hopes that his daughter Shiloh, 17, can take on the role of referee to keep the twins on Team Brad. But while Pitt might hope to become closer to twins Knox and Vivienne, Zahara pointedly introduced herself as Zahara Jolie at a recent sorority event at Spelman College in Atlanta.

Since 2016, Brad reportedly has not appeared in any public photos with any of his children. And the insider shared, “He’s had no relationship with Maddox for years. Then Pax followed suit. And now Zahara’s totally ghosted him and won’t even take his calls.”

Brad Pitt Called ‘Terrible’ In Son’s Resurfaced Message

As for that resurfaced Father’s Day message from Pax in 2020? Only 16 at the time, Pax wrote, “You time and time again prove yourself to be a terrible and despicable person.” And the source noted, “It doesn’t help Brad’s state of mind to have those comments from Pax being spread around again – especially around the holidays, when he’s got little chance of having his kids with him.”

But Brad hopes that Shiloh can help him mend his rift with three of his kids. “Brad and Shiloh are still very close – they talk all the time,” claimed the insider. And the source admitted, “He doesn’t get to see her as much as he’d like.”

However, Pitt “at least he still does see her, which is more than he can say for the older kids. That’s why he’s resorted to asking Shiloh for help. He’s desperate to fix this. He always said he’d never put her in the middle,” added the insider. “But at this point, he feels Angelina has left him no choice.”

And Brad reportedly doesn’t take it for granted that “Shiloh and the twins still talk to him. But that doesn’t take away the pain he’s in over being shut out by his older kids. When he adopted them, it was for life. He still loves them and desperately wants to reconnect. He’s been respecting their wishes and giving them space, but it’s done nothing to heal things and he’s convinced he needs to take action.”
