Gwyneth Paltrow Gets Slammed For Her ‘Dangerous’ Eating Habits By Model Tess Holliday

This really shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone. Seeing how she’s often gotten a lot of slack for some of the unconventional ways she’s tried to stay healthy and fit in the past, Gwyneth Paltrow is once again turning heads for admitting to having rather “dangerous” eating habits. At least that’s what model Tess Holliday thinks. Here’s what you need to know.

Gwyneth Paltrow – Gets Slammed For Her ‘Dangerous’ Eating Habits By Model Tess Holliday

While on The Art of Being Well podcast, the Hollywood actress opened up about her diet and her exercise routine. However, she did raise some eyebrows when she basically admitted that she eats very little, and if at all, throughout her day.

Gwyneth said, “I eat dinner early in the evening. I do a nice intermittent fast. So, I have coffee, but I really like soup for lunch. I have bone broth for lunch a lot of the days.”

Yikes. That certainly sounds like it doesn’t have much flavor, now does it? But according to Tess, she thinks Gwyneth is being irresponsible for promoting unsuitable meals. She addressed the interview on her own TikTok by saying, “What I find most mental about this is that we’ve known for years that she is okay with glorifying her eating disorder. And I’m not judging, because I have an eating disorder.”

Tess continued, “Bone broth is not a suitable meal. And then to end your day with just eating vegetables, but yet people continue to give her airtime, to give her a platform, to take her advice because everyone is too afraid to be fat.”

The model went on to say that there’s nothing wrong with “feeding your body” and that people shouldn’t look to stars like Gwyneth for advice on healthy eating. She said, “Carbs are not the devil; fat isn’t bad and I mean fat in your food and fat on your body. It’s not bad.”

So far Gwyneth Paltrow herself has not responded to any of the criticism.
