Jessica Simpson Is “On A Break” From Her Marriage With Eric Johnson

Jessica Simpson’s fairytale romance with Eric Johnson may be coming to an end ten years and three beautiful children later.

This will be the second time that Simpson has been divorced. But slow your rolls guys, this is a loving and committed marriage and if they’re taking a break to figure things out for themselves, it doesn’t mean it’s all doom and gloom.

Speculations about their rift started when the couple, who share daughters Maxwell, 12, and Birdie, 5, and 11-year-old son Ace, did not publicly acknowledge their milestone wedding anniversary this July. Reports hint at money trouble as the reason behind the couple’s separation.

“Jessica hasn’t been wearing her ring,” one source told Life & Style Magazine, adding, “and there are rumors they are on a break.” According to the source, friends are worried this quarrel may be the ultimate one. “Their marriage seems to be hanging on by a thread,” the source claimed.

Speaking on the “Me Too” singer’s obsession with her weight and looks, the source added, “She doesn’t leave the house without professional makeup, and she always looks like she’s recovering from some kind of cosmetic procedure.” Simpson has been open about her weight in the past, including her hundred pound weight loss in 2019.

Apart from her physical insecurities, the source also accused Simpson of icing her husband out. “He’s a relaxed, laid-back guy,” the source noted. “Jessica still has an incredible amount of anxiety around her appearance, and Eric isn’t equipped to help her through those issues.”

They have also allegedly isolated themselves from friends, so peace talks are going to be a bit harder to navigate.
