Ozzy Osbourne Replies To His Online Death Hoax

Ozzy Osborne will be alive for as long as he wants, and from his comments, he’ll be around for a very, very, long time. This death news came up during the latest episode of the “Paranoid” singer’s podcast, “The Osbournes podcast.”

While Ozzy was joined by his family on the podcast, he revealed to him that he had been added to the list of living celebrities pronounced dead through false news released by fake news sites.

While explaining how he got to know about his fake death, the “No More Tears” singer said he happened to see it on a YouTube video with the caption, “Celebrities Who Have Died Today.”

The “Black Sabbath” frontman said, “I put it on and I died! The thing on YouTube, which goes, ‘Celebrities Who Have Died Today,’ and there’s a picture of me.” He went on to quote Monty Python and the Holy Grail, “..And I go, ‘I’m not dead. I’m not really dead … Just a little flesh wound,” before going on to add, “It’s a bit f—ing much, isn’t it?”

The 75-year-old also confidently announced to those who wish him dead, “I’m not dead. I’m not going any-f—ing-where. And I’m gonna go up and do some more gigs before I’m finished anyway.” His daughter Kelly Osbourne gave her two cents on what she thinks of people who dedicate their time to share death hoaxes of random celebrities. She described those rumors as “really rude.”

Ozzy on his part tried to explain that the fake news bearers are always smart enough to share those hoaxes in such a way that their victims can’t sue them for misleading the public, “What they do is, they kind of say you’re dead-ish,” he explained. “It’s kind of weird the way they word it.”

His wife Sharon Osborne remarked, “There’s so many sick f—ers out there.” Meanwhile, his son Jack pointed out that there is a positive side to these hoaxes, and he went on to explain that no matter the source of the news, once it’s not confirmed, people would quickly dispute it.

According to Jack, “What’s been really good about the podcast, I’ve noticed that whenever any of the shit newspapers or whatever write, ‘Oh, Ozzy’s brink of death’ or whatever and they get him papped like walking into a doctor’s appointment, if you read the comments, everyone’s like, ‘This is bullshit. You should listen to him on the podcast. He’s fucking fine. These people are fucking liars. Stop writing fake news.’”

Ozzy Underwent  A Series Of Life-Threatening Health Issues Years Back.

In February this year, he had to cancel his European/UK tours due to his spinal injury. In the statement he shared at the time, he said, “My one and only purpose during this time has been to get back on stage. My singing voice is fine. However, after three operations, stem cell treatments, endless physical therapy and most recently groundbreaking Cybernics (HAL) Treatment, my body is still physically weak.”
