As many fans can recall, Tom and Shakira sparked romance rumors earlier this month when they were both spotted together at the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Miami.

Yet, there were also reports suggesting that Shakira didn’t really have much interest in Tom and that she was too busy focusing on her family instead. However, she was spotted having dinner with Lewis Hamilton and later on hanging out on his boat.

And now there are reports that say Shakira is basically begging Tom to stop flirting with her as she really doesn’t have an interest in him. But Tom for some reason doesn’t see it this same way.

Insiders say that Tom felt really giddy when he first met Shakira and that he felt the same feelings he once had for his ex Katie Holmes when he first saw her. The tipster said, “He came away convinced they had a real connection they needed to build on.”

Shakira Has No Interest In Tom Cruise

However, a source close to Shakira says that she was simply being friendly with Tom Cruise and that she absolutely has no interest in dating him. That, and she also thinks that all of the romance rumors as just too much for her to handle right now.

The insider said, “She doesn’t want to embarrass or upset him, but there’s no attraction or romance on her part – she was just being friendly. She’s flattered but not interested.

Unfortunately for Tom, he’s had a hard time finding the right person simply because he can’t find anyone that has met the high standards that he has for a potential partner. That, and he also refuses to settle for anyone who is “second best.”
