In the upcoming episode of the longest-running soap, the cobbles’ villain plans to make Elaine (Paula Wilcox) his next victim. It is when he knows that the woman holds a large amount of equity in her home. Stephen (Todd Boyce) then tries to stick with Elaine as much as possible.

On the other hand, Elaine’s son, Tim, notices the closeness of his mom and Stephen, leading him to warn the matriarch about the man. She then assures his son that the dude is nothing like her abusive ex-husband, Geoff. Determined to keep his mom safe, Tim talks to Stephen and states Elaine’s experiences under her former marriage.

However, instead of sympathizing with Elaine regarding her traumatic past, Stephen uses it as a trap to involve her in his wicked plans. Will Elaine see the man’s real intention? Will she be able to save herself?

When Stephen stepped foot in the Weatherfield once more, the 61-year-old actor knew that he will spread crimes and undesirable plots in the show. Previously, he had an encounter with Leo, leading him to end the man’s life. On the other hand, not knowing Leo’s whereabouts, Jenny (Sally Ann Mathews) and Teddy are still determined to know the deceased man’s situation.

Talking about the status of his heart, Boyce revealed that Jenny would be his new love interest. “She is his type of woman. Gabrielle, his ex-wife, is very strong. That is the sort of woman that he gravitates towards,” he told The Sun. Moreover, his character being romantically involved with Jenny would be a great help for Stephen as it would serve as a distraction in looking for the late Leo.

In one of his upcoming scenes, Stephen will once again encounter trouble with a gang of kids when he works as a burger delivery guy. He then encounters Elaine who might be his next victim. When asked if his character will once again cut a life, Todd Boyce teased that there will be a possible bloody scenario in the future.
