Coronation Street Spoilers: Toyah Risks Her Freedom Helping Spider

Coronation Street spoilers, news, and updates tease that Toyah Battersby could possibly end up in prison sooner when she decides to help her old pal, Spider.

In the past episodes, Toyah Battersby (Georgia Taylor) was under investigation when her husband, Imran Habeeb, died in a car wreck. It all started when the solicitor told her about bribing Ben to tell the court about Abi Webster’s (Sally Carman) use of drugs just to win the custody of his son, Alfie. When the truth finally burst, the furious Toyah couldn’t control her emotions and crashed the vehicle they were in.

After the road incident, an investigation took place when the police thought about somebody had tampered with the breaks. However, when the CCTV was reviewed, it was seen that Toyah didn’t step on the breaks as she drove towards the building, looking like she did the accident on purpose.

Coronation Street Spoilers -Toyah Battersby Gets Blamed For Imran Habeeb’s Death

The Weatherfield residents wept as they sent Imran to his final resting place, and during the funeral, Toyah delivered a sincere eulogy, hoping that her husband had survived the crash and not her. After the burial service, the widow seemed to refuse to face the world as she continued to mourn over her husband’s passing, which made the people think that the woman is guilty.

Toyah was hiding in a builder’s yard, crying her heart out and bothered by everything that had happened. As the storyline continued, Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson) rang the police to get some updates about her stepsister. Toyah then defended herself and said that killing her husband was never her intention.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Will Toyah Battersby Land in Prison?

As all eyes are on her due to Imran’s death, Toyah will find herself involved with another issue when she decides to help her old flame, Spider (Martin Hancock). The newcomer shares that he and his fellow activists plan to use the Nuttall’s Brewery to organize their upcoming protests. Toyah wants to help but Spider encourages her not to participate in the plan.

However, the woman rushes to the Bistro’s desk and gets the key. The moment Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney) notices that the key is missing, she immediately suspects Toyah steals it, but Leanne Battersby stands to defend her sister. When Leanne approaches her sister about the missing thing, she finds herself in disbelief when Toyah tells her the truth.

If Debbie gets to know about the missing key, will Toyah finally land behind bars?
