Coronation Street Spoilers: Tyrone Dobbs and Fiz Stapes in Custody Battle for Hope and Ruby

Coronation Street spoilers and updates reveal an upcoming battle in the street will cause the former long-term couple Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) and Fiz Stape (Jennie McAlpine) to grow colder to each other now that their children are placed in a tight situation.

Their love story ended when Tyrone fell for Alina Pop but their conflict will grow more intense as their child Hope and Ruby will be the cause of an upcoming custody battle.

In the next episode, Tyrone realizes the weight of his financial responsibility after shacking up with his new girlfriend Alina at the same time supporting his little girls. Soon enough, Fiz learns Tyrone shells out for his sexy photoshoot with Alina. Fuming, she demands he should pay for Hope’s upcoming zoo strip, and so Alina decides to intervene since her boyfriend is also struggling financially.

Sarah (Tina O’Brien) offers a job for Fiz as a machinist at the factory. The mother of two is happy to find out she can work with flexible hours. However, her happiness quickly fades when Sarah reveals it was Alina’s idea.

Drifting Farther

Fiz lets her child’s dad look after her, and little Hope shared moments with Alina. The beautician even gives her eyelash extensions, as the little girl requested.

But their sweet moment didn’t last long when Hope acted out at school, leaving her teachers no choice but to call her father to pick her up. The little girl turned nasty when Alina is tasked to look after her and argues about her behavioral issue at school.

The naughty girl runs out onto the street just to scare her. Fortunately, Ronnie Bailey steps on the brake just a few inches before hitting Hope. Alina explains she darted out just to play games.

The Clash

But the worried mother didn’t buy Alina’s version of the incident. Rather she brands her irresponsible. She refuses to let Alina look after her children again and even blocks Tyrone’s access from seeing the girls again. She demands he should get a proper consent order in place first as her only way to protect the girls.

But the father won’t go without a fight and reminds Fiz that she has no right to keep Ruby from him since she is not her biological daughter. Leaving Fiz aggrieved, Evelyn Plummer (Dame Maureen Lipman) intervenes by reprimanding his grandson for going overboard.

Later, Fiz approaches lawyer Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson) at the pub to seek his advice. Now that lawyers, police, and the custody will join this mess, how will this situation end?
