General Hospital Spoilers: Mason’s Orders, Ava And Austin Blackmailed

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Gray) has new orders from “the boss” and he’s forced a new recruit. It sounds like he’s blackmailing Ava Jerome (Maura West) into becoming a new recruit and she and Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) into a risky job!

General Hospital Spoilers – Sleeping Beauty Still Sleeping

Even though “sleeping beauty” aka Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) is still sleeping and on life support, Mason let Austin and Ava know he knows the truth. Mason is the one who dragged Nikolas, who’d been presumed dead, out of that tack closet in the Cassadine stables, leaving only a broken watch behind. As far as everyone else knows, Nikolas left town – and Mason hasn’t told Austin and Ava he’s alive on life support, as far as they know, he’s dead.

This gives Mason leverage, because Ava and Austin assume Mason disposed of Nikolas’ body for them when they were otherwise occupied. This was the night of the Spring Ridge Prison break and the night Ryan Chamberlain, (Jon Lindstrom) now dead, attacked, with Heather Webber (Alley Mills) hooking Austin.

GH Spoilers – Risky Business

Although it’s difficult to tell exactly what the “family’s” risky business is, Austin is tired of being their surgeon-it could be black market organ trafficking, or removing drugs from drug mules. The one time Austin was shown operating on someone who’d come into General Hospital needing care, he opened the man’s stomach and he didn’t leave the operating room. Perhaps these patients are then moved secretly by Mason into the morgue, or out the secret way where Helena Cassadine’s (Constance Towers) old lab was. T

hat was where Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) stashed a presumed dead Peter August, (Wes Ramsey) who turned out to not be so dead after all-like Nikolas! Whether it’s black market organs or operating on drug mules, it’s risky business, and Ava is a new unwilling recruit-what could Mason think she could possibly do?

General Hospital Spoilers – Maybe A New Product-Art Theft Mule?

Austin’s doctoring skills won’t go far in an art gallery, but maybe Mason and the boss don’t intend them to work together. General Hospital spoilers hint Ava has been recruited as an art theft mule of sorts, being forced to use the Jerome Art Gallery to move hot pieces of art-something she won’t like. Ava may be the daughter of a mobster and once part of the Jerome crime family, but she stepped away from that life long ago.
