Farewell, long-time Real Housewives Of New York City (RHONY) stars. And hello, newbies. In the wake of its most controversial RHONY season yet, Bravo rebooted the entire cast. But will viewers who enjoyed the original cast watch a show with all newcomers? Bravo will find out the answer in season 14 of RHONY. 

New cast members include Sai De Silva, Ubah Hassan, Erin Dana Lichy, Jenna Lyons, Jessel Taank and Brynn Whitfield. And as RHONY viewers discover this month, that means Bravo replaced Ramona Singer, Luann de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, Leah McSweeney and Eboni K. Williams. However, Bravo producer Andy Cohen described the change as a “real gift to fans” via People.

And in sharing the reason for replacing the entire cast, Cohen explained that RHONY came to “a crossroads. We’ve spent a lot of time figuring out where to go.” And that led to producers doing a “major casting search.” As a result, they created a cast filled with diversity.

The Real Housewives Of New York City season 14 cast features Sai De Silva, married to David Craig. Sai focuses on her work as a social media influencer. But Craig wants to avoid the spotlight. And so he manages the household.

In contrast, Somalian model Ubah Hassan enjoys her single life. And this philanthropist and creator of her own hot sauce company, UBAHHOT, has created a portfolio that includes Ralph Lauren, Oscar de la Renta and Gucci. She co-stars with Erin Dana Lichy, who works as a real estate agent and interior designer. Erin and her husband Abraham co-parent three children.

And RHONY fans have expressed enthusiasm about Bravo newbie Jenna Lyons. Famed for her fashion industry as J. Crew’s lead designer, Jenna appeared on her own HBO Max reality show, Stylish. She and her ex-husband Vincent co-parent their son Beckett.

Fashion publicist Jessel Taank grew up in a strict Indian household in London prior to heading to New York City. She and her husband Pavit Randhawa share twin boys, Kai and Rio. And her children even star on their own Instagram page. Joining Jessel, Brynn Whitfield works as a corporate communications and marketing consultant. This socialite describes herself as a “trophy wife in training.” However, the RHONY star remains single.
