Gerry told his fans that he was “very happy” when he was in the fantasy suite with his dates. He admitted that he was happy, but “not for the reason you think.”

He added, “If you spend five weeks getting to know women, yet everything you say and do is recorded, you’re dying to get to that overnight where you can ask the questions without an audience.”

There were multiple women that Gerry took to the fantasy suite, including his ex-wife, Theresa Nist and Leslie Fhima. He did tell Leslie that she was the one for him, but then ended up choosing Theresa over her.

Of course, he got a lot of criticism for this, however he was happy to announce his engagement to Theresa.
