Kate Middleton’s Uncle Is Writing A Memoir About The Sussexes

He’s probably only seen Prince Harry a handful of times and has probably never stood in the same room as Meghan Markle, but it looks like Kate Middleton’s uncle Gary Goldsmith is quite the expert on everything about the Sussexes.

In fact, the Princess of Wales’ wayward uncle, who has had his fair share of negative headlines in the past, is writing a memoir on Harry and Meghan. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

According to a new report, Gary Goldsmith, who happens to be Carole Middleton’s brother, has taken it upon himself to write a tell-all book about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle even though he’s probably never really had a conversation with them in his life.

He still wants to do it as he thinks that it’s his way of “fighting back” from all of the allegations that Harry made in his own book, Spare. That, and all of the things that both Harry and Meghan had said in their Netflix docuseries, Spare.

However, there are some royal critics who don’t think this is a good idea at all, including royal expert Jennie Bond. She thinks that Gary’s book is just going to bring more humiliation to the royal family.

She put it this way, “I hope he doesn’t [publish the book]. Or, if he does, I hope it will be HIS story… not the story of the royal rift.”

Bond added, “If he starts disputing how events have played out it will surely only deepen the rift and provoke retaliation from the Sussexes. And so the vicious circle will continue. Much better to adopt Camilla’s strategy…least said, soonest mended.”

So far Gary himself has not made any comments about the matter but it’s doubtful that Prince William and Kate Middleton will pick up and read the book, should Gary actually publish it. There are worse things that have certainly happened to the royal family, right?
