Meghan Markle “quit Hollywood” when she married Prince Harry and joined the Royal Family. Being a B-List actress on a cable network show wasn’t exactly the big leagues, so quitting Hollywood and marrying Prince Harry was certainly an upgrade for the Suits actress.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are no longer members of the Royal Family, and there’s really no reason she couldn’t return to work as an actress. So, why won’t she take the multi-million dollar deal of a lifetime and join the ‘Suits’ reboot?
Meghan Markle’s ‘Suits’ Career
‘Suits’ was never a horrible TV show, in fact it was nominated for a few awards. But, it never gained much exposure on a cable network and wasn’t available to stream online until it was over.
So, that’s why most Americans had never even heard of Meghan Markle until she married Harry.
However, after Meghan Markle became a household name, Suits became available for millions to stream at home and without commercials.
Obviously, we all had to check it out and see what all the fuss was about Meghan Markle. Suits broke streaming records and became so possible once it was added to Netflix, that NBC is creating a reboot.
Sources have confirmed that Markle’s agency has been in talks about her returning for ‘Suits: Los Angeles,’ and they are willing to pay a pretty penny to get the Duchess of Sussex back on the series. But, she still won’t sign on the dotted line, no matter how much they up their offers.
Prince Harry Wants Meghan To Take The Deal
It’s no secret that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are strapped for cash, living in Montecito isn’t cheap and neither is their 24/7 security details.
Plus, Harry’s memoir “Spare” was a total flop and didn’t generate the revenue they anticipated, not to mention losing their Spotify deal. Shouldn’t Meghan be jumping at the opportunity to be one of the most-paid actresses on Netflix?
Prince Harry knows they are spending way more than they are bringing in, and rumor has it that’s the REAL reason he is trying to get back in to the Royal fold and his father’s good graces.
Now the Duchess of Sussex thinks she’s above being an actress and has decided to rebrand herself (for the umpteenth time), launch her website again, and work on her podcast.

When her pod cast fail which I think it will. She may wish she had took the deal, But I also think the Suits reboot won t be as popular as everyone thinks. I ‘ve not been interested in any of their interviews or his memoir or their Netflix docuseries nor did I watch Suits so I m just speaking for myself and some friends.
Meghan, Meghan. When will you let your delusions of grandeur go?
I merely glanced at this dribble. Harry made a big bet that is going south, and fast. Your a whiney petchulet child.
Doesn’t Meghan see that she is unpopular, especially in the UK, that trying to get back there is a pointless exercise! She has been booed before, I think the boos would be even louder now.
They say Harry wants Meghan to accompany him to the UK Invictus games.
Leave Meghan behind in Monteshitshow! This is your gig Harry. Meghan has taken it from you. Why did she have to give a speech? Why did she use the games as a fashion show? A pair of jeans and a t shirt would suffice. Not five changes of very expensive outfits. Not the time or the place!!
