British royal family news reveals that Meghan Markle’s craven attempts to play politician has both amused and delighted those who wish for more woke comedy to keep them awake in the dreary days of winter. Now someone is cautioning Meghan, in her best interest, avoid the mistake of trying to be a US politician.
As this expert points out, celebs who attempt to make the switch rarely succeed: Kanye for President!
Last September Meghan and her husband Prince Harry startled the nation when they began preaching for people to vote in the upcoming US Presidential election. Not content to let sleeping dogs lay, Meghan then took it upon herself to cold call people and tell them to vote. But wait, there’s more!
Now comes word that the thirsty couple wasted an hour of everyone’s time by chatting up California’s Governor Gavin Newsom; Guess they haven’t heard about the robust recall effort?
About their grandstanding, author Steven Heritage says it is obvious Meghan is drooling at the thought of entering the political stage. But he thinks that would be a major fail: Kanye for President!

Writing in the Times Heritage said: “The idea that Meghan Markle might be entertaining the thought of running for president is starting to feel a little less ridiculous. Five weeks before Megxit, she invited Hillary Clinton to Windsor for a chat. And now it has been revealed that Harry and Meghan recently had a one-hour Zoom meeting with Gavin Newsom, the governor of California.”
In other words, she seems to be on a roll.

That’s not entirely true. Remember Gopher from Love Boat? Wasn’t he a state representative or something?

It remains to be seen if Ms. Markle is really creating a war chest with her Netflix and Spotify money. But members of the Royal Family, of which she marginally remains, are expected to remain politically neutral so at some point it would seem she has to fish or cut bait: Kanye for Vice President!

Who in their right mind would support or even vote for this brat??? The Americans have enough to deal with, they do not need a female narcissist in The White House. She has a colossal nerve but with her mega-ego she would go ahead and run. With people like Me-gain, you never know what they will do next, or who their next victims will be. She is, without doubt, a highly dangerous, sneaky, loose cannon!!! Right now, emotions are running high among a lot of people and Me-gain loves to preach on that level and she would appeal to that level…she would garner the "emotional" vote to put her in office because she has no other qualifications for a political job!!!!
I don't know how true this notion of Megan being a politician is but if true this is what bothers me. America fought to be free from British monarchy and rule. Therefore shouldn't Megan and Harry sort out if they want to be British Royals or American Politicians first? It would show a complete lack of consideration and intelligence for Megan and Harry to believe they can represent both. Yes, these countries are are long standing allies but given Megan's inability to maintain even a cordial relationship with her own family I wouldn't trust such a track record to maintain relationships between two countries. And let's not forget Canada and their relationship and ties with these countries. Harry and Megan have already managed to insult normally easygoing Canadians with their selfish and thoughtless actions. I don't really think I would trust Megan and Harry with political matters with China or Russia. I just don't think Harry or Megan have demonstrated enough intelligence, professionalism, self-control or even thought process to be qualified to operate satisfactorily on a political level. So Harry inherited a position where he could perform certain duties under strict protocol but since his alliance with Megan that's all changed. Their egos are their biggest risk both to themselves and anything they represent. If they choose to cut totally free from the monarchy and enter into American politics it's their choice. I don't think either country will permit middle ground

This is a nonstarter and possibly illegal. Section 9 Article 8 of the U.S.Constitution states:
“No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign state”.
To my knowledge she has duel citizenship (and that’s fine). Congress has not passed any legislation that allows her to bypass this article. She was bestowed a Duchess title by the Sovereign of Great Britain. I think that doesn’t allow her to hold political office in the US. Maybe if she renounced her title. Does anybody here think she will since she is making damn sure we are all aware that she has that title?

Thank you, very informative. What angers me the most is the utter duplicity and lies both Harry and Megan are capable of in their quest for world elitism. I am infuriated, not even so much for myself and others like you, but for those people who might be too young or nieve to realize Harry and Megan are extremely dishonest and will use anyone and anything for self advancement. I wish they would just go away and leave us all in peace.
