‘Alaskan Bush People’ News: Did Gabe Brown Cancel His Wedding Amid Family Trouble?

After Noah Brown’s wedding last August, another “Alaskan Bush People” sibling might be planning to settle down. According to Radar Online, Gabe Brown wanted to follow his younger brother’s footsteps and marry his girlfriend Raquell “Rose” Pantilla. In fact, Gabe has reportedly filed for a marriage license in October. However, sources reported that the 28-year-old reality star failed to turn in the required paperwork–which means he didn’t push through with the wedding after all.

“A couple who takes out a marriage license will have 30 days to get married and return the paperwork,” a clerk at the Marriage License Office in Okanogan, Washington told Radar. “As of December 18, Gabe Brown has still not returned the paperwork.”

Is it a case of cold feet, or did Gabe decide to postpone his wedding due to reports of tension in the Brown family household?

According to family insiders, Billy Brown may have advised his son to wait a little longer before jumping into marriage. Reportedly, the “Alaskan Bush People” patriarch wasn’t keen on having Gabe get married right after his brother Noah.

There have also been reports that the Browns are having some family drama right now with Billy and Ami’s eldest son Matt going MIA. Matt, who recently got out of rehab for his alcohol addiction, reportedly refused to work with a sober coach despite his family’s intent pleas. He allegedly took off without talking to his family and was recently spotted in California.

Gabe may have canceled his wedding for now, but the “Alaskan Bush People” family is said to be very close with his girlfriend Rose. The couple confirmed their relationship on Valentine’s Day this year with a PDA-filled Instagram post from Gabe’s younger sister Rain. The photo featured Rain taking a selfie while Gabe and Rose shared a kiss in the background.

Despite their current troubles, the Browns also have a wonderful blessing coming their way. Just a few months after their wedding, Noah and Rain announced that they’re expecting a baby–the first Brown grandchild! “Alaskan Bush People” is slated to return to television with a brand-new season next year.

Not sure now if they’re even a real family. We’re being lied to with every episode. For a family that’s supposedly struggling to carve out a life they always seem to have just what they need, when they need it. How does that work? Who has the deep pockets to keep this BS going?
