Fans have known for quite some time that Kevin and Madison are going to be parents of twins. However, Kevin has to find a way to break the news, especially to Kate. Everyone remembers how Kate reacted when she found out that Kevin slept with her best friend. Well, now she is going to learn that Madison is pregnant with twins and Kevin is the father.

This Is Us season 5 spoilers reveal that the clip that Harley posted on his official Twitter account shows Kevin knocking on their door. From behind the door, we can hear Kate yelling for Kevin to back off. She jumps back to the middle of the front yard. All three of them end up in the yard using social distancing.

Kevin says he has big news that wasn’t Zoom appropriate. Toby jokes that he probably knocked someone up. When Kevin gets that certain look on his face, Toby can’t believe it. Then, Madison gets out of them and it takes a few moments before it clicks for Toby. However, he quickly starts smiling and cheering.

However, Kate has a very different reaction. She is literally speechless for a few minutes and looks really upset. Kevin asks Kate what she is thinking and she takes another few minutes to gather her thoughts. Then she starts to get excited and gives Kevin a big “air hug.” However, fans have to wonder if she is truly happy about it or if she’s hiding her real feelings.
