The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Carson the EMT (Walter Belenky) will turn up missing on Monday’s (July 24) show. The news causes Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) to panic, as she realizes that if Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) cannot locate him, Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell) will crucify her in Jeremy Stark’s (James Hyde) murder trial.

Heather suspects Phyllis isn’t being honest with her. She gives her another chance to come clean about anything she could be hiding. She explains that she’s her attorney, and without knowing everything about the case, she has no chance to win the case and save Phyllis from a life sentence.

Phyllis admits that she knew Carson would come forward before Heather. The reason she knew was that Tucker McCall (Trevor St John) was the one who found him. But Tucker wants something from her, and she’s not sure she wants to fulfill her side of the bargain.

Phyllis’s story stuns Heather. She needs time to figure out how to keep Carson as her witness and defuse Tucker’s threat. She requests that Phyllis stay calm and play nice with Tucker for now.
