Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) just found out he is Harrison Locke’s (Keller Enriquez) father. There is still the issue of Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) retaliating. However, something is bugging Kyle and he senses something is very off with Tara.

Y&R spoilers reveal that initially, Tara warned Kyle not to make Harrison an issue. She didn’t want anyone to find out about the child’s true paternity. She insisted that Ashland was the boy’s father and had been since he was born. That all changed when Ashland got confirmation of Tara and Kyle’s affair. Now the couple is divorcing, Ashland threatened to take custody, and now we have a paternity bombshell that is making the situation even more volatile.

Y&R Spoilers – Ashland Locke’s 180

After finding out about the paternity test results, Ashland exploded. He refused to believe it was true and set out to prove it was a ploy to affect custody. Then, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) shared the trauma of what being separated from a parent can do to a child. He gave Ashland food for thought and surprisingly, the businessman seemed to really consider what Jack was saying.

We know that on Friday, Ashland has a change of heart. Is this about him going after custody? Could he decide to stop targeting the Abbott family? Or will he change his mind about divorce, possibly fearing that the paternity results might mean losing Harrison?

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Kyle Abbott Concerned

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of June 7 reveal that Kyle senses something isn’t right with Tara. He will be concerned and try to figure out what’s going on with her. Most likely, it has something to do with Ashland. Perhaps he is trying to convince Tara to come home so the three of them can be a family again. Knowing he is not Harrison’s biological father might make Ashland fear losing the little boy he has been raising as his son for the past three years.

However, Ashland has tricked Tara before and she might be trying to figure out if Ashland is manipulating her again.

Y&R Spoilers – More Trouble Ahead?

We know that this paternity story is far from over. Despite Kyle and Tara wanted to make this new dynamic as smooth as possible, there are issues. Ashland is a wild card and there is no predicting what he will do next. As for Summer Newman (Hunter King), she has her own problems with Tara and Harrison taking center stage in Kyle’s life. Then, there is Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), who has her own plans to manipulate the situation.

      I would rather see Tara and Kyle together then Summer with Kyle.

      Kyle and Summer both did poor Lola wrong.. I don’t understand why the writers put Kyle back with Summer the way that they did anyway. I don’t care who neither one ends up with at this point. I don’t like what the writers did to Sally’s character on either Soap. As it turns out, Flo is sneaky and under handed and not as innocent as Wyatt believes she is…

      I totally agree with LadyShe. I hope Ashland and Tara are both playing Kyle, Summer and Jack. Ashland really wants revenge from years ago when he tried to steal Jabot from John Abbott. Now is the time for him to do it and I think he will get the upper hand on Jack through Tara. Also, who knows, Theo might be behind all this. He still thinks he was cheated out of his inheritance from Dina. Now wouldn't that be a great storyline. Summer and Kyle need to reflect back on how they treated Sally by digging up dirt when they need to sweep out their own closets. Let Sally come out on top. Ashland can't beat Victor so he is going after Jack. Next will be Victoria, which I hope he beat her at her own game. She needs to be rescued by Adam and Nick needs to learn how to operate a business. He is so not a business man, he wants to be the lover on the show and a saver for damsels in destress (like Phyllis and Chelsea). Thank God, Sharon can stand on her own for a change.
