Y&R spoilers suggest that the tables are turned where Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Tucker are concerned. She was once under his thumb, as he found EMT Carson (Walter Belenky), the one person who can exonerate Red from her current charges; however, he was holding the “witness” above her head.

Tucker wants Phyllis to help him and Ash bring down Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters), even though Ms. Summers is ready to move on. When she didn’t play nicely, Carson disappeared, causing Red to panic. This was Tucker making a major move and sending out a clear message: if you don’t scratch my back, you’ll head to jail.

During an episode this week, Phyllis revealed an ace in the hole and turn things around in her favor; an old secret she found about a time when he hid statutory rape charges of a famous singer under his label so that it wouldn’t disrupt the musician’s tour. Tucker pretended he had no idea was Phyllis was talking about, until Ms. Summers quoted an email from Audra Charles (Zulekya Silver).
