With the Game Of Thrones (GOT) Prequel and Bridgerton Season 2 arriving in 2022, it brings to mind the various blunders that seemed meme-worthy in the past. 2021 was a horrible year, most people agree. But, at least a few things came along to make folks laugh. One of those was a meme-worthy scene in Bridgerton on Netflix. The other bloopers over the years from HBO’s Game of Thrones kept fans chuckling despite the disappointing ending to the series.
Game Of Thrones – Brought The Laughs Despite Disappointments
Furious fans erupted when the HBO finale played out. Actually, they were not alone in being upset about it. In fact, writer George R.R. Martin seemed equally unhappy that it all seemed very rushed. Recall, the end of the epic series came down to what looked like a feeble effort by the production team. Daenerys finally become queen. Jon Snow killed her, and Bran Stark took the crown as the King of Westeros. Grumpy folks could at least gloat over at least three times the production team blundered.
The Game Of Thrones lineup for the future might mollify some disappointed fans. In May this year, House of The Dragon started production for HBO Max. It takes fans back 300 years before fans saw the main series that came with at least three meme-worthy bloopers. This time, it features the Targaryen civil war that brought about their downfall as the main theme. Three hundred years might bring more scenes where modern-day items bring an opportunity for a few more laughs on social media.
Game Of Thrones – Almost Out-Blundered By Bridgerton
E! News reminded fans that Bridgeton on Netflix nearly took the crown for modern-day items that became meme-worthy. On December 31, the outlet noted, “Viewers see horse-drawn carriages…on a cobblestone road .” Eagle-eyed fans quickly noticed “the yellow lines marking the street.” Notably, these lines were only introduced in the 1950s, not back in the 1800s.
However, out of six various recollected meme-worthy moments, the outlet noted that Game Of Thrones became famous for three of them. One of the most memorable came when a Starbucks cup magically appeared in one of the scenes.
You probably recall the cup intruded when Episode 4 showed everyone gathered at Winterfell in celebration of victories over the Night King.
GOT Meme-Worthy Bloopers Two And Three
Game Of Thrones Season 5 finale wasn’t as disappointing as that of Season 10. At the time, fans saw that Stannis Baratheon (Stephen Dillane) was about to die. The scene was set for a very somber tone, However, if fans looked carefully, they could see a laptop charger near his knee. Well, it wasn’t that obvious in the actual episode. However, the outlet noted that in a poster for the show, it was clearly visible.

The third time there was a mistake with modern-day items in a scene came in the finale. Naturally, fans who already felt underwhelmed pounced on the error. It came when Liam Cunningham and John Bradley completely forgot they had left their plastic water bottles under their chairs.
