Is There Drama About Titles For The Kids Of Prince Harry?

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ditched the royal family and moved to the USA, and became instant celebs for all the wrong reasons. When they moved to the USA, they hoped to still be working royals, but Queen Elizabeth said nope. So these days, they are known as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and their kids had no royal titles at all. Now they have them, was there a big drama behind closed doors? 

Prince Harry & Meghan Markle – Opted Out Of The Family

When the couple left the UK, the infamous interview with Oprah Winfrey sunk their ship faster than a torpedo. Of course, that was gold to the media who promptly started reporting negatively about every single thing that they do. And, bad news sells. That’s not to say that there are no real issues between the couple and the British royals. Actually, you can scroll until your finger falls off looking for the last photos of them on The Royal Family page on Instagram.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are in the UK and reportedly, his dad, now King Charles III tries to offer them a welcome. Sources indicate that things are actually tense behind the scenes. Unnamed sources claim that there’s anger because Mehagn wouldn’t go to Balmoral with her husband. Well, neither did Kate Middleton, but it seems convenient to overlook that. Allegedly, there is also some tension over the titles for Lilibet and Archie.

Kids Of Prince Harry Now Prince & Princess

It’s no big secret that King Charles vowed to trim down the extended family that works for “The Firm.” So, the likelihood of him making his grandchildren, Lilibet and Archie working royals seemed improbable. More than likely, their parents were already well aware of it. However, The Sun reported that sources claim there’s a lot of tension behind closed doors about it. After all, they get the titles but not the royal recognition. 

The outlet reported that Prince Harry, who didn’t want to really be a royal is furious that his kids won’t be the same as William and Kate’s children. Allegedly, they feel upset because without being HRH, they will have to foot the security bill. Apparently, “The Sussexes are said to have pointed out that princesses Beatrice and Eugenie have HRH status but they are not working royals.”

Prince Harry might or might not be surprised and upset by the decision. And, really, Beatrice and Eugenie are in a completely different situation from Lilibet and Archie. For instance, they didn’t move out of the UK. Secondly, their dad didn’t voluntarily give up his right to his station and titles. Additionally, they didn’t diss Queen Elizabeth in any interviews with Oprah Winfrey. 

Furthermore, is it really possible that Prince Harry didn’t anticipate that his dad would be unlikely to add more working royals to “The Firm,” given his well-publicized intention to trim them back?
