Meghan Markle Makes ‘Major Mistake,’ Prince Harry Divorce Rumors Soar!

Royal family rumors claim that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry suffer from relationship problems. And now a new report reveals the serious error that the Duchess of Sussex recently made with her hubby.

Meghan Markle Becomes ‘Professionally Toxic’

The Duchess of Sussex reportedly pays much more attention than hubby Harry to the media. As a result, Meghan Markle doesn’t exactly feel thrilled to read rumors that the Sussex couple will divorce.

But despite her rumored concern, a PR expert revealed via the Express that Meghan just made a “major mistake” in her relationship with Prince Harry.

The problems began when the Duke of Sussex headed to Germany for the sixth edition of the Invictus Games. And though royal experts call the Invictus Games Harry’s “best work,” Meghan didn’t show up to support her husband for the opening. Instead, the Duchess of Sussex dallied around several days before heading to Germany.

But public relations specialist and GoUp’s CEO Edward Coram-James said: “From a PR point of view, it makes sense for them to go their professional ways for a period of time.” And Coram James pointed out, “Their professional brand that as the husband-and-wife team ‘the Sussexes’ has become somewhat professionally toxic in the past year.”

Meghan Markle Sends Rumor Mill Into ‘Hyper-Drive’

Because Prince Harry and Meghan have not done well in trying to turn the Sussex brand into a success story, Coram-James feels the professional separation could help. “Each of them getting a bit of distance from that brand could help reduce their association with it,” he explained. 

And the PR expert feels that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex could each achieve better reputations and careers by going separate ways professionally. As a result, the Sussex brand could get time for a “reset, to be revisited at a later date. But, taking that professional space from one another does not mean that they are also taking personal space from one another,” he added.

However, Coram-James pointed out that pursuing separate career paths seemed “always bound to send the rumor mill into hyper-drive. And it has,” he added. But then the PR expert offered his insights on Meghan showing up late to the Invictus Games amid divorce rumors. 

Meghan Markle Makes ‘Long Line Of PR Mistakes’

And Coram-James questioned why the Duchess of Sussex delayed arriving at the Invictus Games even as split reports soar. “If the idea is to put those rumors to bed, then the Duchess not attending the Invictus opening was another mistake in a long line of PR mistakes made by Meghan. In not attending, she fed red meat to the sharks,” he summed up.

Because the Sussex duo seemingly would want “to show the world that you’re strong as a couple, you make public appearances when they matter,” recommended Coram-James. “And, from an optics point of view, what matters more than arguably the biggest personal achievement of your husband, his internationally famous and acclaimed Invictus Games.”

And by showing up late, Meghan erred in two ways. First, she “fed the marital troubles rumor,” said Coram-James. And second, the Duchess of Sussex missed out on the public relations opportunity to open the games with her husband and show her support.
