In his book, Spare, Prince Harry said that while he’s not proud of the fact that he killed 25 members of the Taliban during his time in Afghanistan, he sure isn’t ashamed of it, either.

He wrote in his book, “While in the heat and fog of combat, I didn’t think of those twenty-five as people. You can’t kill people if you think of them as people. You can’t really harm people if you think of them as people. They were chess pieces removed from the board, Bads taken away before they could kill Goods.”

But some people, like Russian artist Andrei Molodkin, believe that Harry is going to one day regret that he made such a public admission about killing so many Taliban insurgents.

Molodkin even said himself that when he first heard what the Duke of Sussex had said, he couldn’t help but get “very, very angry” and that’s what prompted him to come up with a project that would “drench St Paul’s Cathedral in the blood of Afghani people.”

“They read they are just ‘chess figures’… for some prince hunting by helicopter,” he said. “It looked like a safari situation. How he told it, for him it’s like a computer game.”

Not only that, but Molodkin says that he already knows of some Afghans who are willing to donate their blood for his sculpture. His stunt is expected to be carried out before the end of March.
