DOOL spoilers reveal that Eli wakes up from his coma. Eli doesn’t have any memory loss and tells Lani who really shot him. Lani can’t believe it and explains TR has been so supportive during Eli’s coma. Lani desperately wants to believe that there is some kind of mistake.

However, Lani eventually realizes that she’s been played by a clever manipulator. Knowing TR and Paulina have been getting closer, Lani tries to call her. When Paulina doesn’t pick up, Lani rushes out of the hospital.

DOOL Spoilers – Abe Carver Attacked

By the time Lani gets to Paulina’s place, Abe is lying lifeless on the floor. Meanwhile, TR is just about to beat up Paulina. Lani has no choice but to take out her gun. Lani shoots TR and the wound ends up killing the movie producer. However, Lani has no clue if Abe is dead or alive. Lani is in shock and is barely able to speak, much less go check on Abe.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that unknown to Lani, Eli called Steve “Patch” Johnson (Stephen Nichols). Eli was worried that Lani would walk into a dangerous and potentially deadly situation.

By the time Steve arrives at Paulina’s apartment, it is a murder scene. That is when Paulina takes drastic action to protect Lani. Paulina immediately says she is the one who killed TR. Of course, this would be considered self-defense. However, Paulina doesn’t know that and she is just trying to protect the daughter she gave up all those years ago.

DOOL Spoilers – Sal Stowers On Storyline

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest about the storyline, actress Sal Stowers teased

“Everyone that she loves – Eli, Abe, Paulina – was almost taken away from her. Then, she sees her biological father bleeding out on the ground. She’s in a complete fog and doesn’t realize what she’s done… She doesn’t even know if Abe is alive.”

Even though Abe has a serious injury and appears lifeless, chances are that he survives. However, could TR’s dying words to Lani haunt her in the days, weeks, and even months to come? We will have to keep watching the NBC soap to find out.
